Come celebrate the true shift to the Summer season with a balanced practice of honoring nature's rhythm withIN and around the body.
This special class will intend to honor the moment we are in through practice that includes mindful hatha flowing moments coupled with yin yoga shapes and meditation. Since the start to summer correlates closely to the new moon, we will focus more on the yin side of energy to welcome introspective compassion before the next lunar cycle.
