STAND AND SIT: Friday 8/18 – 5:30-7:30pm at The Yoga Room - Standing and Seated poses offer foundational understanding of asana, pranayama, and often prepare you for other types of poses, including savasana and meditation practice. This all levels class will work your hamstrings, hips, and open your lower back to move into twists, deeper forward bends, and Level 1 inversions. Expect a grounding and refined practice for introspection and focus.
FLOW AND FLY: Saturday 8/19 – 11am – 1pm at Supta Yoga - A strong practice of vinyasa with sequences to build heat and strength progressing toward arm balances and inversions. The work of Stand and Sit workshop the previous day will inform how you Flow and Fly! Expect alignment and flow in a fun, progressive challenging practice.
