Yoga is often called Sacred Geometry and I often think of it as the most wonderful and complex mind/body puzzle that when we understand the pieces and the possibilities we can deepen the expression of even the simplest poses and gain greater insight to what it takes to "achieve" more complex poses.
Join Lynne for an an A to Z exploration of standing and other poses such as Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) as we build strength and awareness to properly prepare the body for the Queen of Yoga Poses "Sirsasana" - also known as headstand. This pose has amazing benefits for the skin, spine and endocrine system beyond other poses.
If you are working with an injury or limitation that would prevent you from an inversion AND/OR bearing weight on the head please there will be plenty of clear options for you to explore also.
