Re-Train is new perspective on bodyweight movement led by Alena Derby. This practice is scheduled every Monday this summer season from 4-5pm.
Re-Train blends mobility, stability, and dynamic strength to improve flexibility, balance and reactivity. The movements are designed to challenge both the body and how we think about our bodies' abilities.
Alena comes from a background of classical pilates, integrative bodywork, and most recently has been studying movement in the style of Ido Portal and his movement experimentation.
