Summer can be a wonderful time of abundance on Nantucket. As we follow the rhythms of our island it is now a time to allow ourselves to land back home to ourselves. Letting go of being busy and connecting to a place inside of us that is slow and steady and allow ourselves to deeply exhale. We will focus on the lower body (hips and lower back) as they key areas to create grounding. The music will also create a vehicle for deeper immersion.
